Refund Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026. Effective immediately.
1. Manual AI Token Purchases
If you manually purchase AI tokens and do not use those manually purchased tokens within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund for the unused manually purchased tokens.
A token is considered used once it has been consumed, reserved, or applied to an AI feature, generation, chat, trip-planning action, or related AI request.
2. Refund Request Window
Refund requests for unused manually purchased AI tokens must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after the 7-day period may be declined unless required by applicable law.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, payment reference if available, and the number of unused manually purchased AI tokens you want refunded.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are charged for access to subscription features during the applicable paid period. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal or future subscription access according to the Cancellation Policy, but it does not automatically create a refund.
Subscription fees are not converted into AI tokens, account credits, cash credits, or refundable balances simply because a subscription is cancelled.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, Plan2Explore does not provide refunds for:
- AI tokens that have already been used, consumed, reserved, or applied to an AI request.
- Subscription periods that have already started or been made available.
- Free, promotional, couponed, bonus, gifted, or admin-granted AI tokens or credits.
- Third-party bookings, tickets, flights, accommodation, activities, payment fees, or provider charges.
- Price changes, exchange-rate changes, provider availability changes, or third-party cancellation disputes.
5. Processing and Abuse Prevention
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and region.
Plan2Explore may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, inconsistent with usage records, or outside this policy.
