1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, buying AI tokens, subscribing to a paid tier, or using Plan2Explore, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

Plan2Explore may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.

2. Platform Purpose

Plan2Explore is a travel planning and itinerary assistance platform. The platform may help you organize destinations, activities, budgets, flights, accommodation ideas, events, maps, AI-generated suggestions, and related travel information.

Plan2Explore is not a travel agent, airline, hotel, venue, payment processor, insurer, or event organizer. You are responsible for checking all travel, visa, health, safety, booking, and legal requirements before relying on any itinerary or third-party offer.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account in a way that allows unauthorized access, abuse, scraping, or excessive automated use.

Subscription tiers may include limits or features such as active trip counts, trip duration, destination limits, AI access, flight search access, or premium planning tools. Plan2Explore may change plan features, limits, pricing, and availability at any time, subject to applicable law.

Subscriptions renew, expire, or continue according to the plan terms shown at purchase or in your account. Subscription fees are charged for access to the subscription features during the paid period and are not converted into AI token credit when the subscription is cancelled.

4. AI Tokens and AI Usage

Plan2Explore may use AI tokens, credits, or similar usage units for AI-assisted planning, chat, itinerary generation, activity suggestions, and related functionality. AI token costs, model availability, rate limits, and usage rules may change as third-party AI provider costs and platform requirements change.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You must review AI-generated plans before booking or travelling. Do not rely on AI output as professional legal, financial, medical, immigration, safety, or travel advice.

You must not use Plan2Explore to generate unlawful content, abuse third-party services, reverse engineer the platform, attempt to bypass limits, scrape data, overload AI systems, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.

5. Prices, Estimates, and Third-Party Information

Prices, budgets, flight fares, hotel rates, activity costs, event prices, currency conversions, availability, schedules, routes, maps, and similar information shown in Plan2Explore are estimates or third-party data unless clearly stated otherwise. They may change at any time without notice.

Plan2Explore may display or process information from third parties such as travel providers, accommodation providers, event platforms, mapping providers, payment providers, AI providers, Travelpayouts, Ticketmaster, Google services, or other APIs. We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee their prices, availability, accuracy, policies, fees, refunds, cancellations, booking rules, service quality, or continued operation.

Before making a purchase or booking, you must verify the final price, taxes, fees, terms, availability, and cancellation rules directly with the relevant third-party provider. Any booking, ticket, accommodation, flight, or external purchase is between you and the third-party provider.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions and manually purchased AI tokens are subject to the payment, cancellation, and refund rules shown at purchase and in our separate policies.

• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal or future subscription access according to the applicable billing settings.
• Any accumulated AI usage credits or manually purchased AI tokens do not expire simply because you cancel a subscription.
• Subscription payments are charged for subscription access and do not become refundable AI token balances when cancelled.
• If you manually purchased AI tokens and did not use them within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund for those unused manually purchased tokens.

7. User Content and Trip Data

You remain responsible for the content you submit, including destinations, notes, attendee details, expense information, prompts, uploaded files, and trip data. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant Plan2Explore the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze your content as needed to operate the platform, provide AI features, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Availability and Changes

Plan2Explore may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may change because of platform improvements, legal requirements, third-party API changes, security concerns, provider costs, or operational constraints.

We try to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, preservation of every item of data, or compatibility with every device, browser, provider, destination, or third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan2Explore and its owners, operators, developers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel losses, missed bookings, price changes, cancellations, missed flights, denied entry, event changes, provider disputes, or reliance on AI-generated or third-party information.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
